Mount Pleasant Farmers Market and Rosewood Lifecare 2025

Sumner Band enjoyed a truly special double engagement today, filled with music, Christmas cheer, and community spirit. We began our morning at the wonderful Mount Pleasant Farmers Market, where festive tunes drifted through the stalls and helped set the tone for a bright, joyful December day. Shoppers paused, children danced, and the whole market seemed to hum along — a reminder of how live music can bring people together in the simplest, happiest ways.

From there, the band continued on to Rosewood Lifecare, where we had the privilege of performing for the residents and staff. Christmas melodies, old favourites, and a few toe‑tapping classics filled the room, sparking smiles, memories, and a lovely sense of connection. It was a heartfelt moment of sharing music with those who appreciate it most.
